According to Article 63/B, paragraph {1) of Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy Proceedings and Liquidation Proceedings, in the following proceedings the debtor's assets are insufficient to cover the expected liquidation costs or the liquidation proceeding is technically impracticable according to the general rules due to deficiencies in the records or accounting. Creditors who have filed a creditor claim are informed that the liquidator intends to apply to the court for a simplified liquidation.
